Global Beach Volleyball Festival Set for Newport Beach This October

Newport Beach will welcome the world’s top beach volleyball talent this fall with two major events set against its iconic shoreline. From October 7–11, the city will host the Elite 16 Beach Pro Tour, marking the tour’s first U.S. stop since 2018. The competition will feature elite international teams battling for world ranking points and a share of a $300,000 prize purse.

Following the tournament, October 12 will bring the Newport Beach Volleyball Invitational, a high-energy four-person format showdown featuring pro athletes and volleyball legends. With $250,000 in prize money at stake, Blackie’s Beach will transform into the epicenter of competitive beach volleyball.

Together, these events promise an action-packed week, blending world-class sports, local pride, and the vibrant coastal atmosphere Newport Beach is known for.
