Newport Beach to Host Pro and Olympian Beach Volleyball Events Oct. 7–12

This October, Newport Beach will become a beach volleyball hub when two major events kick off at Newport Beach Pier. The first, the Elite 16 Beach Pro Tour from October 7–11, will bring together top American professionals and international Olympic stars for five days of high-stakes competition. Matches will be fast-paced, with teams competing for world-ranking points and a $300,000 prize purse.

On October 12, the Newport Beach Volleyball Invitational returns for its third year. It features U.S. Olympians, AVP legends, and four-player teams vying for $250,000 in prize money. In addition to elite competition, fans can enjoy free seating on the sand, VIP upgrades, athlete meet-and-greets, a youth volleyball clinic, and a Legends Day showcasing star players and exhibition matches. Proceeds help the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation fund programs and scholarships for underserved athletes.
